PROMOTION OF HINDI
Progressive use of Hindi in the
official work is being promoted at MSME - Development Institute, Kolkata
as per
provisions of Official Languages(Amendment) Act 1961
& O.L. rules 1976. Under this programme, staffs and
officers of MSME - Development Institute, Kolkata are being trained in Hindi
under HTS in a phased manner. Use of Hindi in
Noting/Drafting is being encouraged. Various schemes for
promotion of Hindi are being monitored. Quarterly
Rajbhasa meetings are organised. Hindi
day/week/Fortnight are celebrated every year. Hindi
workshop/seminars etc. are regularly organised for
promotion of Hindi in all official work.
